This legal notice contains the information required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), in its seven paragraphs a) to g), and adds the general conditions governing the use of this website.

On the address and tax ID: they are not published. The LSSI-CE governs information society services provided as an economic activity, and this site has none. It does not sell, advertise, earn revenue or collect data from visitors, so that identification duty is understood not to apply to it. This is a reasoned interpretation, not a certainty confirmed by a professional, and it is stated as such rather than left unaddressed. The owner is identified by name and reachable at the email address given, which is monitored. Should the project ever take on economic activity, this decision would be revisited.

Activity and purpose of the site

This website presents the VoidToInfinite project and its work. It is an informational site: it does not sell products or services, it does not allow purchases or bookings, it offers no registration or user accounts, it hosts no visitor-published content and it provides no service that can be contracted online.

For that reason neither the electronic contracting regime (arts. 23 to 29 LSSI-CE) nor the pre-contractual information regime for consumers (arts. 97 and 98 of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) is triggered.

Not applicable: the controller is a natural person, not a company, so there is no entry in any public registry to report.

Administrative authorisation (paragraph c)

Not applicable. The activity of this site (presenting a team and its work) is not subject to any prior administrative authorisation regime.

Not applicable. This site does not market products or services, so there are no prices to report.

Codes of conduct (paragraph g)

The site does not adhere to any code of conduct of those referred to in article 10.g) LSSI-CE.

Conditions of use

You may freely browse and read the site's content for your personal use. You may not:

Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others.
Attempt to access areas or systems not intended for the public.
Extract or reuse the site's content on a large scale without authorisation.
Interfere with the normal operation of the site.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, graphics, logos and other content of this site are protected under Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, approving the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, and belong to the site owner or are used with the corresponding authorisation. No licence is granted over them beyond what is needed to browse the site; their reproduction without authorisation is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

The site links to third-party platforms such as GitHub and Discord, over which we have no control. They are plain links: they load no scripts, widgets or content from those platforms inside this website, and they do not contact them until you choose to click.

Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy policy of the platform you reach apply, not ours. We are not responsible for their content or their practices; we recommend you review them.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Liability

We aim to keep the published information correct and up to date, without this amounting to an absolute guarantee of accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, except in those cases where the law does not allow such exclusion.

Changes

We may amend this legal notice at any time, for example if the site's activity changes. The version and date of the last substantive revision appear at the top of this document.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular by the LSSI-CE. Where the other party is a consumer, the courts that the law reserves for their protection shall have jurisdiction; we impose no court other than that one, because article 90 of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users declares unfair and void any clause submitting the consumer to a jurisdiction other than that of their own domicile.
